Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Organizer:
This giveaway is organized by @certifiedluckygal, located in Switzerland.

Eligibility:

  • This giveaway is open to anyone worldwide who follows the entry requirements, subject to local laws and regulations.
  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Prizes:

  • The giveaway includes two (2) flight vouchers, each valued at 400 USD. These vouchers can be used with a select group of airlines as detailed here: https://www.flightgift.com/en/explore/
  • The flight vouchers are subject to terms and conditions of the voucher provider.

How to Enter:

  1. Follow @certifiedluckygal on Instagram.
  2. Like & save the giveaway reel on our Instagram feed.
  3. Comment your order number from an order placed between December 7th  to December 14th 2024 (please ensure the order was placed on our website within these dates).
  4. Bonus Entry: For an additional entry, comment FLIGHT on the post and tag a friend.

Participation Options:

  • To enter, participants must either:
    1. Make a purchase on our website (purchase of any digital product) and comment their order number under the post.
    2. Or, simply comment 'FLIGHT' under the post and tag a friend.

Giveaway Duration:

  • The giveaway will run from December 7th  to December 14th 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 10 days after the giveaway ends.
  • The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.

Other Terms:

  • The winner is responsible for their own taxes, fees, and any costs not explicitly covered by the prize, including but not limited to, transportation, accommodation, and any additional fees required for their flight.
  • The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
  • By entering this giveaway, the winner agrees to allow @certifiedluckygal to share their Instagram handle on our Instagram story. 

General Conditions:

  • The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • @certifiedluckygal reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the entry requirements or are deemed invalid for any reason, including violation of Instagram’s community guidelines.
  • @certifiedluckygal is not liable for any technical issues or errors that may prevent entry submission or participation.

Data Protection:
By participating, you agree to provide @certifiedluckygal with your order number, and you acknowledge that your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of selecting the winner and contacting the winner for prize distribution. Your data will not be shared with third parties outside of the giveaway process.

Limitation of Liability:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless @certifiedluckygal and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
