COVID-19 Shipping Update

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak shipments can take much longer, please allow up to 25 business days to receive your packages after the product has been shipped.

We are proud to offer international shipping services, please see our rates below. There are some locations we are unable to ship to, if you happen to be from one of these countries we will contact you.

 

Missing parts of your order?

As we ship from multiple warehouses around the worldwide, it can happen that your order has been split up into separate parcels. If this is the case, you will be sent indivual tracking numbers for each parcel. 

 

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

 

How long until I receive my order?

United States - 4 to 7 business days

Europe - 5 to 10 business days

United Kingdom - 5 to 10 business days

Rest Of The World - 5 to 10 business days

 

  • Orders ship within 2-4 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.
  • We do not do refunds on orders that are currently being processed or have already been shipped.
  • Please allow extra shipping time and possible delays due to extra busy festive seasons and holidays. We recommend you DO NOT purchase any product if you need it by a certain date (especially Christmas or a birthday).

  • Please note that due to COVID-19 shipping delays are to be expected.

We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer. Factors such as delayed logistics, holiday periods such as Christmas and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. It is up to the consumer to pay for any customs fees if necessary.

  

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Kawaii Valley is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
